An introduction to OSCA

In 1983, the Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) commenced as a small support agency staffed by volunteers (then called The Epistle Centre; later The Victorian Offender Support Agency) for ex-prisoners who were highly disadvantaged.

They have grown over the 30 years to become a “provider of choice” in the delivery of a range of services and programs responding to unemployment, mental illness, disability, homelessness, substance use and offending behaviour. They now deliver programs across Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland.

ACSO actively supports people with a second chance to reintegrate into society, actively reduce crime and make a safer community for all.

We were asked by ACSO to produce a short explainer video to showcase their transition to their new digital client management platform, OSCA. A state-of-the-art platform set to revolutionise client management for offender related support interactions across the sector.
