We rely in part upon customers advising us when their personal information changes. We will respond to any request within a reasonable time. General terms and conditions

[1] Quotations are generated by Sinden Creative on the basis of a scope of works and expected time investment. Quotations may be subject to change if additional work is required;
[2] All time quotations are an estimate and are based on calendar working (business) days. No quoted Artwork delivery dates are guaranteed and can vary;
[3] Sinden Creative reserves the right to request a deposit from the Client prior to starting work on their project or Artwork. If a deposit is requested by Sinden Creative, an invoice will be generated and delivered to the Client via email and payment is expected. By remitting deposit funds to Sinden Creative, the Client is accepting the Terms and Conditions and entering into a contract with Sinden Creative;
[4] If a deposit is not requested, the Client is considered to accept the Terms and Conditions upon request of services/works from, or quotation approval to Sinden Creative;
[5] Any additional work, revisions or variations outside of the original scope will be charged hourly at $350 (or as otherwise agreed), billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. All prices exclude GST;
[6] Urgent works requests that require Sinden Creative to reschedule or stop work on other projects already in progress, or expected delivery deadline is less than 48 hours from project briefing (or otherwise achievable but not practicable), will incur a priority loading fee charged at 50% of the total project cost. Services provided outside of standard business hours will be charged an additional loading of $1,050.00 set fee for animation/motion services, $650.00 set fee for photography/videography, and/or an additional $150.00 per hour for graphic design and general communications related services. All prices exclude GST;
[7] All disbursements, and any additional fees or costs incurred by Sinden Creative in order to provide the agreed services/works to the Client, are charged as used;
[8] Upon completion of the prescribed and agreed works, any unpaid balance exceeding the approved payment terms (unless otherwise discussed or prior-arranged with Sinden Creative) or exceeding the due date as outlined in any subsequent invoice by more than thirty (30) days, the account will incur a late fee in the form of accrued interest, charged monthly at 10% of the total overdue balance, excluding GST;
[9] Sinden Creative reserves the right to invoice for work completed if the project exceeds sixty (60) days;
[10] Sinden Creative is entitled to charge the Client for any fees incurred relating to commencement of collection and recovery processes for accounts that remain unpaid in excess of thirty (30) days; and
[11] Any request for native file release is charged at 50% of total project cost.
